Archiving Your Data

Do you have a data archiving process for Sage Timberline Office?  For that matter, have you ever archived your data?

An unarchived software system risks becoming like an overstuffed filing cabinet.  Finding information in such a filing cabinet can be slow, just like running reports or other processes in an unarchived system.

I encountered a dramatic example with a company whose AR aging report took fifteen or more minutes to run.  We archived their data and the report came up in less than fifteen seconds.
